Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All orders ship from our US-based warehouse
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (FREE on all orders)
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
Packaging & Protection
Every Sandrift lamp is double-boxed with custom foam inserts to prevent damage during transit. We take glass protection seriously.
Shipping Damage
If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us at hello@sandrift.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a free replacement immediately — no returns needed. Keep or discard the damaged unit.
International Shipping
