What if there are air bubbles in my lamp?

Small air bubbles are completely normal and actually help the sand flow properly. If you notice larger bubbles, our included care guide walks you through a simple 2-minute adjustment process. Gently tilt the lamp at a 45-degree angle and let it rest for a few minutes. This redistributes the air and restores smooth sand flow. This is not a defect — it is part of how the lamp works.

Is the glass durable? I'm worried about breakage.

Sandrift uses lead-free tempered glass, which is significantly stronger than standard glass. Each lamp is double-boxed with protective foam inserts for shipping. In the rare event your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no cost.

How do the 16 colors work?

The included wireless remote lets you cycle through 16 RGB LED colors, adjust brightness, and set color-cycling modes. The LEDs are built into the base and illuminate the sand from below, creating a warm ambient glow.
