30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Sandrift lamp. If you do not, we will make it right.

30-Day Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Item must be in original packaging and in resellable condition
  • Contact hello@sandrift.co to initiate a return
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (prepaid label available for $7.95)
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Glass Breakage During Shipping

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo
  • We will ship a free replacement immediately
  • No need to return the damaged unit
  • This applies to shipping damage only, not damage caused after delivery

Defective Products

If your lamp has a manufacturing defect (non-functioning LEDs, remote issues, sand leakage), contact us within 30 days. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Air bubbles are NOT a defect. See our Care Guide for a simple 2-minute adjustment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
